What God Is Doing—Summer Ministry Fun 2022

"Not to us, O LORD, not to us, but to your name goes all the glory for your unfailing love and faithfulness."
—Psalms 115:1

Hanging out with the legendary Bob Lenz at Lifest.

When your longtime friends from NE spend the night at the Allison Hotel.

Preaching in the morning services at The Encounter in East Peoria, IL—with Pastor Tracey Pfeiffer.

Some of our disciplemaking friends, their families, and some of our neighbors gathered for TIME TOGETHER for brats, root beer floats, and disciplemaking friendships.

Pastor Dan Johnston of CrossPoint Church preaches through The Disciplemaking Genius of Jesus on Sunday mornings. You're invited to join us for disciplemaking training on Saturday morning, September 17 in Morton, IL, or on Saturday morning, October 1 in Gifford, IL. Contact me and I'll let you know details.

Our friend, Crazy Pastor Steve, trained the staff of an orphanage in Uganda to pray The Disciplemaker's Prayer. The staff then trained the orphans to pray The Disciplemaker's Prayer. So much fun.

Checkout this video of the orphans praying The Disciplemaker's Prayer!
To see what they are saying, look at the picture below.

Speaking of The Disciplemaker's Prayer, Pastor Scott Cramer of The Grove Church brought this to the church as they walk in... and especially as they walk out.

Meanwhile, in Central IL, Tim Brown, Youth Pastor, takes students at the Cabin in Tremont, IL, through page 8 of The Disciplemaker's Living Guide—see below. Disciplemaking with the next generations AND those who love the next generations!

Stan Risinger (Man In the Mirror) and I will be traveling to the IL/IA border to meet with pastors and ministry leaders there to discern if God wants us to initiate a DLC (disciplemaking learning community) in that area this fall. Pray that God will show us WHO He wants to be a part of this!

I know. This looks like I'm having a meeting with my probation officer. However, it's me getting time with Don Allen, a guy who lives to make disciples who makes more disciples. He thinks I'm helping him. I know better.

Can You Help Us?
As you can see, we are busier than ever making disciplemakers everywhere we travel. However, like you, we’re feeling the impact of high gas prices and inflation. I want to be clear: We need your prayers and $ partnership for our disciplemaking ministry this summer. Can you help us this summer? If so go here. No gift is too small—and each gift would be deeply appreciated. Either way, we thank God for you.

"Not to us, O LORD, not to us, but to your name goes all the glory for your unfailing love and faithfulness."
